Penne Pasta Serving Sizes
Recommended serving sizes for penne pasta vary between brands, and there’s also conflicting information on how much pasta you should have per serving.
Many packs recommend a serving of 56g of dried pasta, whereas some recommend 75g or more. So I cooked and weighed various servings of pasta to get a weight for various portions to find out how much pasta you get per serving.
I found that a 56g serving of dry penne pasta is small and probably too small for most people, whereas 100g of dry pasta will produce a larger serving.
